How it works
OneCase works in three steps: choose a size and plan online, choose free drop-off at the Cheung Sha Wan hub or home pickup from $89, then pay. Every case is photographed and tamper-tagged on arrival, and getting it back is one tap in the app.
The whole flow is built to finish inside a minute. No size calculator, no box order, and no account required before you can see a price.
One — pick the case
Three sizes, chosen from a photo. Nothing to measure, no boxes to count, no guessing whether you have enough room. Then choose monthly or annual; the page shows what annual saves you in dollars.
Two — how it reaches us
Dropping it at the hub is free: pick a 30-minute slot and walk it over. Prefer not to carry it? Choose pickup and enter an address — the fee prices itself by district: $89 in Kowloon West, $129 elsewhere.
Three — pay
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AlipayHK or FPS. With Apple Pay it is a single tap and not one typed character. We ask whether you want an account only after payment — and you can skip it, the order stands either way.
What happens once it arrives
- Three photographs on arrival: the case, its tag, and its shelf position.
- A numbered tamper-evident tag goes on.
- Weighed, size class recorded, then racked.
- Dehumidifiers run continuously March to September, with logged readings.
- No customer ever enters the storage floor — staff-only racking, not cubicles.
Getting it back
Tap "bring it back" in the app and choose collection at the hub (free) or delivery (from $89). Annual plans already include one free delivery. Swapping a winter case for a summer one? Choose "swap" — $89 covers both movements in a single visit.
Cancelling and refunds
Monthly plans cancel any time and stop at the end of the paid period. An annual plan that has not started is refunded in full; once started it is refunded pro rata on the unused months, less any delivery fees already incurred.
Every fee is on this site. There are no hidden charges and no automatic price rises.
