The OneCase hub is on 3/F of Yee Kuk Industrial Centre in Cheung Sha Wan, open 10:00–20:00 seven days a week. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us for orders, slot changes and questions.

The hub is a working storage floor and is not open for browsing. Handovers happen at the counter — book a 30-minute slot in the app or on the site first.

Fastest. Orders, slot changes, quotes and retrievals can all be handled in the chat. Usually a few minutes during opening hours.

Best for anything that needs a written record — claims, refunds, company invoices. We reply within one working day.

At the counter

Seven days a week, 10:00–20:00. Please book a slot: you skip the wait, and we can have your case ready before you arrive.

What happens when you arrive

Show the order QR code at the counter, or give your phone number.
Staff confirm the size class, weigh, photograph and tag the case.
The whole handover normally takes under five minutes.
Customers do not enter the storage floor — handovers happen at the counter only.
