Frequently asked questions
OneCase is suitcase storage in Cheung Sha Wan: one price per case, no minimum spend, no minimum term, free drop-off, pickup from $89, and $799 for a year.
- What exactly am I buying?
- Space for your own suitcase. You pack it at home, bring it in or we collect it, and we photograph, tag and rack it. One tap in the app brings it back.
- Why suitcases instead of boxes?
- Because you already own one. It has wheels, a lid, it stacks, and you know how to pack it. Boxes mean buying, counting and estimating — the three things that make every competitor’s checkout slow.
- Can I store just one?
- Yes. No minimum spend and no minimum item count. Most competitors need you to reach a monthly floor first; we do not.
- What is the minimum term?
- There isn’t one. Monthly plans cancel whenever you like.
- How much can I put in the case?
- Anything that closes and stays under the weight limit for that size. We charge by the case, not by weight or item count.
- Is drop-off really free?
- Yes, always. It is the point of the model — the hub is in Cheung Sha Wan and most of Kowloon West is one MTR stop away.
- Will you open my case?
- No. At intake we ask whether it contains anything prohibited; we do not inspect the contents.
- How fast can I get it back?
- Collect it yourself on the slot you book, same day. Home delivery is normally one to two working days.
- Can I retrieve just one of several cases?
- Yes. Each case is individually tagged and comes back on its own.
- What if I move house?
- Change the address in the app; there is no need to re-order. The pickup fee re-prices for the new district.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- We contact you well before the plan lapses. If you decide not to renew you can arrange collection or delivery; the procedure for unreachable customers is set out in the terms.
- Do you take cash?
- Online checkout supports card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AlipayHK and FPS.
